Children and Adolescents → Kyphosis (Roundback) of the Spine → Low Back Pain → Neck Pain → Sciatica → Scoliosis → Spondylolysis and Spondyloisthesis → Spinal Stenosis
Preservation of Your Spine
Your doctor will perform diagnostic tests to determine the cause of your pain and design a treatment plan from there. Back and neck pain can often be treated nonsurgically, and if your doctor determines that to be the best course, we’ll attempt to treat your pain with anti-inflammatory medicine, ice, heat and/or massage.
Back Surgery and Spine Surgery
If a patient doesn’t show improvement after nonsurgical treatments, or if their condition can’t be treated nonsurgically, the doctor may determine surgery is the next step. Common back surgeries include the removal of a herniated disc, decompression of a nerve, and in the treatment of scoliosis among other things. Fullerton Orthopedic’s skilled team will be by your side from diagnosis to surgery to rehabilitation.
